Introduction

The office of Human Resources is responsible for campus-wide human resources affairs. It is composed of one director in charge of all affairs at the office and to supervise staffs in managing duties including revision of organization regulations; staff-related staffing, appointment, salary, promotion, evaluation, rewards and punishments, retirement, severance, pension and mission management, welfare, and insurance; Faculty-related recruitment, promotion, secondment, part-time lecture, temporary transfer, extension service, qualification, training, lecture, and research; educational training for faculty and staff, new faculty training course; certification; person data-related management, filing, statistical analysis and human resources.
